Shipping Policy: We offer free ground shipping for all US orders. 

Shipping Times: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability. We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

Order Processing: Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 2 business days. 

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track your package's status.

Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs inspections, or other external factors may cause shipping delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your cashmere product, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Period: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the cashmere product must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, make-up free condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process: Return labels will be provided free of charge for customers within the continental U.S. for exchanges. If you are requesting a refund for your purchase within the return period, the return shipping cost will be your  responsibility. 

Refund or Exchange: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped once the return is approved.

Final Sale Items: Please note that some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This information will be clearly stated on the product page.
